ABOUT

I am a writer, corporate trainer, and coach. My work brings together breath, somatic practices, mindfulness, and stories—with a focus on self-exploration, embodied presence, resilience, and interconnectedness.

For over a decade, I’ve been working with individuals, groups, and organizations through breath, body-based practices, and writing. My intention is to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way. My background includes studies in Coaching, Integrative Somatic Psychology, Breathwork, Positive Neuroplasticity, and Expressive Writing. I offer one-on-one sessions, group work, and corporate workshops—offered with care, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s inner experience.

I studied International Relations at Istanbul University and spent eight years working in the corporate world—most recently as a Strategic Key Account Manager in a leading telecommunications company. When I turned 30, I decided to leave the corporate world behind and began a new chapter—training as a coach and practitioner, and sharing the tools that supported my own evolution—through reconnecting with my body, breath, and story. Since then, I’ve been designing and facilitating customized trainings for global companies and holdings in Turkey, focusing on breath, resilience, and embodied awareness in the workplace.

In 2019, I moved to Switzerland with my husband and daughter. That same year, I launched the Breathing Women Circle, an online community for Turkish-speaking women around the world. It grew into a space of connection, reflection, and shared growth.

I currently offer various workshops in Switzerland in English and have co-hosted retreats in both Turkey and Switzerland.

I also host a podcast called “Kabilesini Arayan Kadınlar” (Women in Search of Their Tribes), where I explore themes like identity, belonging, and personal transformation through honest conversations. It has reached listeners in more than 35 countries.

Writing is another essential part of my life. I often focus on themes of migration, womanhood, and inner change. My first novel, Kendine Ait, was featured in public readings across Switzerland as part of the “Transcending Borders” initiative for immigrant women.

I’ve contributed to several anthologies and have recently completed my new book, which tells the stories of women navigating turning points in their lives. It will be published in November 2025.

Whether through a shared breath or a story, we experience a sense of community—sometimes in the form of a circle, sometimes through a podcast, the words we write and read together, or the stories I’ve written.

 ANTHOLOGIES & CONTRIBUTIONS

MUTLULUĞU ARAYANLAR İÇİN

(In Search of Happiness)

Nonfiction, Ray Publishing, 2014 – Turkey

A practical and reflective guide shaped around coaching questions, inviting readers to pause, inquire within, and redefine what happiness means to them.

KENDİNE AİT

(Belonging to Herself)

Novel, Düşbaz Books, 2023 – Turkey

A poignant story of migration, memory, and voice. The novel goes beyond immigration narratives to reflect modern existential struggles—the isolation of contemporary life, the erosion of feminine wisdom, and our deep hunger for connection.

It asks universal questions: Where do we truly belong? How do we reclaim our fragmented selves? Lyrical and deeply feminist, it explores what it truly means to belong—not to a place or person, but to oneself.

DÜNYAYUVA

Eight interwoven stories of women returning—physically or emotionally—to a place they once left behind. Each narrative reflects a search for home, voice, and inner reconciliation.

MEDIA HIGHLIGHTS

Below is a selection of interviews, features, and appearances across print, digital, and audio platforms:

CORPORATE TRAINER

I am a bilingual corporate trainer specialized in soft skills development. My trainings are designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s workplace. I combine practical tools, somatic awareness, and science-backed methodologies to create engaging and sustainable learning experiences that support both personal growth and professional development.

Having worked across various formats—including in-person and online trainings—I have designed and facilitated a wide range of sessions, from corporate events and team retreats to classroom-style workshops. My client portfolio includes various institutions, including multinational companies committed to strengthening communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, and team performance.

As part of my role as a corporate trainer in Turkey, I also delivered Train the Trainer programs, equipping internal facilitators with the tools, confidence, and methodology needed to lead impactful sessions within their own teams.

A core principle in my work is to develop tailored solutions that align with each organization’s unique culture, goals, and challenges—aiming not just for short-term engagement, but for meaningful, long-term impact. In line with this approach, I have contributed to blended learning programs and collaborated closely with L&D teams to support sustainable behavioral change through thoughtfully designed, needs-based training curricula.

Each program is adapted to the specific needs of the audience and organizational context—delivered in Turkish or English, depending on the team’s needs.

I invite you to explore my professional background to see how these philosophies translate into practical work and life management.

COACHING

I began my coaching journey in 2013 with an ICF-accredited training that became the first step in a deeply transformative path—both professionally and personally. It offered me tools not only to support others, but also to meet myself with greater honesty, clarity, and compassion.

In the years that followed, I expanded my practice through training in disciplines such as Breathwork, Integrative Somatic Psychology, and Positive Neuroplasticity. These diverse modalities have shaped the holistic, body–mind–nervous system approach I now bring into all my work.

Over time, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and groups, each bringing their own story, unique potential, and desire for transformation. Alongside my coaching work, I’m also the author of Mutluluğu Arayanlar İçin (“For Those in Search of Happiness”)—a book offering thought-provoking questions and insights to help readers define their own, personal understanding of happiness. I’ve also contributed to Koçluk Atölyesi (“The Coaching Workshop”), where I share reflections from my experience in the field of personal growth.

Community and connection have always been essential to my work. During the pandemic, I founded the Breathing Women Circle—a series of online gatherings that combined breathwork, mindfulness, and shared reflection, bringing together Turkish women living in different countries. Since then, I’ve held volunteer-based women’s circles that foster a sense of belonging, emotional resilience, and collective healing in uncertain times. Through these spaces, I’ve created a unique blend of somatic practices, mindful awareness, and compassionate witnessing.

Today, I continue to offer coaching and hold transformative spaces in both English and Turkish, online and in person. My work invites people to reconnect with their authentic selves, tap into their inner resources, and step fully into their agency. These spaces gently invite inner transformation, creative expression, and meaningful shifts that ripple into daily life.

If you’re interested in one-on-one sessions or ongoing programs designed for individuals, feel free to get in touch. I’d be happy to connect with you.
